The counselling services clinic hours vary every day so that we are able to offer a variety of day, evening, and Saturday time slots for you. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes, we are able to offer both phone and video counselling services. Our video sessions are through a secure platform. This has been beneficial for clients that may have mobility issues, that live further away from the clinic, during difficult weather conditions, and during times of social distancing.
